Packaging or without packaging is depends on customer needs. For example one of my Chinese buyer, they asked for packaging so we provide them, here is our packaging details:

- 1 Big box contains 10 box
- 1 box contains 1 kilogram
So it is 1 kilogram X 10 box X 2.000 big box = 20.000 kilograms

For the price it depends on the ash content, here is some explanation if it is include the packaging:
