This range of Soap Cutting Machineries can be availed in single/double/three table based design choice and mechanical/manual controlling mode based specifications. These equipment comprise of standard components like PLC controller, servo drive, servo motor, electrical parts and angle encoder. All the contact accessories of these Soap Cutting Machineries are made of 304 grade stainless steel to maintain required hygiene. Belt conveyor type motor of these equipment requires 0.55 kW power to function. Offered in three phase design, these systems have long working life. The whole Block is cut into Slabs in 1sttable wire frame, then spinning the pusher wheel for the Slabs on the machine table for 2nd operation to cut Slabs into Bars & by 3rd operation the bars will cut into Cakes of required size.
