Main target on design is minimizing the vacuum fluctuation at teat end, thus accomplished by large claw volume “490 cc” and large liner-claw connection diameter. The inner diameter of the connection to claw 14 mm transfers the milk from liner and the teat immediately to the claw in order to eliminate physical pumping of the milk back in to teat during massage phase.
Thanks to patent pending heterogenic design of the liner walls thus starts collapsing from teat top to teat end consecutively, just like hand milking or a suckling calf. Ergonomically designed claw fits perfectly in hand that helps milker for easy attachment or detachment of the cluster.

Lakto-puls pulsator has a very simple design that can fit all brands. Provides perfect milking quality, doesn’t influenced by environmental temperature or vacuum level.
Due to indirect valve control by pilot valves, enables using low powered coils (only 0, 11 amps.) and design on cooling effect of the air intake on the coils prevents disorder on pulsation even on long runs due to overheating.
Lakto-puls2 can milk two clusters at a time for economical pulsation requirements.
Central pulsation controlling unit controls up to 16 pulsators. Pulsation rate and ratio can be adjusted according to farmer and animal needs and displayed on lcd display. Controller has cascade ability for reducing the vacuum fluctuation in the milking system due to pulsators.
The pulsation controller powered by external switch mode power supplier for protecting the pcb from voltage fluctuations that may happen at network.
It is completely hot dip galvanized. On the application area, it can be installed to the roof trusses with chain, easily. Polluted air is removed through the air corridor created inside the barn or in the milking parlor waiting area.
