I. Definition
Galvanized GI Steel coil and galvanized sheet are galvanized steel. The galvanized coil is a continuous hot dip galvanized coil in the production process. While galvanized sheet is a single hot dip galvanized sheet in the production process.

2. the production process
The production process of galvanized coil and galvanized sheet is different.

The production process of galvanized coil generally includes multiple processes such as coil heating, hot dip galvanizing and shearing into coil.

The galvanized sheet is generally the zinc alloy coating through the hot dip technology directly coated to the surface of the steel plate.

So the production process is relatively simple, the process difficulty is relatively low.

3. material thickness
The material thickness of galvanized coil and galvanized sheet is also slightly different.

Generally speaking, the thickness of galvanized coil is relatively thin. We mainly use it for the production of cold rolled, coating and other thin steel products.

Carbon Steel Investment Casting

The mechanical properties of this alloy are determined by the percentage of carbon; the higher the percentage, the harder and stronger the alloy becomes through heat treatment. Because carbon steel can be machined to obtain a variety of properties, it can be used in a variety of applications.

Both medium and low carbon steels are used in investment casting. Medium carbon steel has good ductility, strength and wear resistance. It can also be hardened and tempered by heat treatment. Mild steel is easy to form but cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. As an alternative, carburizing can be used to increase the surface hardness of the alloy.
