Product Description
Redispersible polymer powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE), and then obtained a free flowing organic polymer powder. It can re-disperse in water, and form a film after water evaporation by coalescence of individual polymer particles. The film acts as an organic binder, to glue together different substrates, reinforce mortar structure and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrate interface.

4. Dosage and handling
Tiones tm 6012e is added to other powdery components to obtain the mixed homogenous formulation. The dosage should be more than 1.5% of the total dry mixture by weight. The final required dosage should be evaluated in suitable tests prior to the actual application.
5.Storage
Tiones tm 6012e should be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture penetration, the opened bags should be sealed again as soon as possible. On account of thermoplasticity of the redispersible polymer powder, bags must not be stacked higher than one pallet. Tiones tm 6012e storage time should not exceed 6 month.
