Concrete transfer pump, also known as concrete pump, consists of pump body and delivery pipe. It is a kind of machinery that uses pressure to transport concrete continuously along the pipeline, and is mainly used in housing construction, bridge and tunnel construction. It is mainly divided into gate valve concrete transfer pump and S valve concrete transfer pump. Another is the pump body mounted on the car chassis, and then equipped with retractable or flexural fabric rod, and the composition of the pump truck.
Drum: Constructed of rolled steel plateand steel end plateswelded together with machined roller path.A central cast iron gear ring is fitted in segments.Special abrasiveresisting blades are provided for perfect mix.
Strip: The fully automatic loader is designed to give a steep angle of feed. A shakeris is fitted to assist the discharge.
Watertank:Self measuring type is fitted on the frame of the mixer.
Transmission:Suitably encased bushed roller chain with machine cutsprokets driving directly on the drive shaft. In the drum roller assembly each roler is mounted with renewable bearings.
Chassis:Strong all steel welded constructions with swivelling front axle provided with four iron wheels. Luberication is by means of grease ripples.

This is multi purposes pump with number of advantages because of high pressure it can be used for plastering, shotcreting, grouting and pumping concrete @ 15m3 hr. it is most ideal pump for a standard builder of India. The equipment is mounted on a strong framed chassis with pneumatic tyres for mobility on site at 25 Km/hr. An additional feature of Jamshedji pump is that an additional tyre is givern for easy move ability manually by a couple of workers for a short distance on site.
The pump has been commissioned at the site of Tala Hydro Electric project, Bhutan for shortcreting job of tunnels and mountains slope, and the performance was very successful up to satisfaction of our customer.
