Product Description
High Range Water-Reducing Admixture
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde, Poly Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate,Concrete Admixture
Uses
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde produces concrete with extremely workable characteristics referred to as high slump. PNS also allows concrete to be produced with very low water/cement ratios at low or normal slumps.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde is ideal for use in prestress, precast, bridge deck or any concrete where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation
Addition Rates
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde can be added directly or added in after melt. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing. The afterward approach can achieve better result. The suggested addition rate is 0.75%.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Direction
Prepare solutions as required.
Direct use of powdery agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio: 60%).
The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot development or laboratory experiment succeeds.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Package, Storage & Handling
For powder: Woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 25kg +/- 0.1 kg.

Calcium Formate Powder 98%
Calcium formate, molecular formula: Ca(HCOO)2, molecular weight: 130.12,H.S. CODE: 29151200, CAS NO.:544-17-2,Bulk density: 900-1000kg/m3,Specific gravity: 2.023 (20â??).
Free flowing Calcium Formate,at normal temperature, it is a white crystalline powder, bitter and non toxic, with slight moisture absorption. It can be mutually dissolved with water, nonflammable and nonexplosive.
Process
 1, neutralization
Calcium formate and hydrated lime neutralization generate formate, the manuf
actured goods calcium formate.
2, double decomposition method
Sodium formate calcium nitrate and calcium formate in the double decomposition reaction in the presence of catalyst, the range of sodium nitrate.Calcium formate refined to obtain goods.
3, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester by-product
The epoxy fatty acid methyl ester by the rapid development of production, the product will produce a large number of by-product during the production of formic acid, the byproduct of a use project is to produce formic acid calcium formate.
