Our Forge shop includes :
400-2000 kg medium frequency induction furnaces. Wax injection, wax welding, dipping, sand-coating, shell making, dewaxing, pouring, decoating, cutting and cleaning/shotblasting equipment for up to 10, 000 tonnes per year production. Heat treatment facilities for normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering.
We use the latest los-wax casting equipments, engaged an expert from taiwan who has more than 30 years in this line as our technical consultant.We offer all kinds of precision castings from 0.05kg to 50kg.We can manufacture precision casting parts from stainless steel,carbon steel,heat-resistent steel and the other materails.We use spectrum analysis to control the composition of the molten steel.(products classification:pump&valves/motor enclosure/construction machine components/Machine Tool parts/aluminum &bronze casting parts/others).
