Duoblade F can stack 1,000 sheets at once and cut them with automatic registration control and collect finished sheets in the basket. No need of operator during cutting and it maximize productivity of cut sheet label converting. 2 cutting heads moves together, so production speed can be doubled. Distance between cutting heads can be electrically controlled in GUI. Also 2 different pressures can be memorized for each head, to support half-cut and full-cut at the same time. This means you can produce full cut stickers and folding boxes. Sophisticated design of vacuum and air brush prevents from paper jam problem by static power between sheets.
