Thane Maharashtra in the year 2008.

PROJECT EXPANSION:-
Our Thane division Developed Machinery for Banana fiber extraction. A semi Automatic Simple device which can be operated 1.H.P. Motor with single phase power conception.
Description of the Machine:-
Hard Chromed blade and Rods. The machine consists of a rigid frame bearing on which the roller rotates.
The roller consists of horizontal Hard chromed blades with blunt edges.
The roller is connected to 1 H.P ISI Motor by belt pulley mechanism.
Safety precaution like emergency stopper pulley guards are incorporated in the machine
In a short time, we supplied machine in various Institutes all over India
Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Nepal, M.P, U.P chatisghad,
Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh,
Slowly the project expansion was done in Export Mexico, Maldives,
The banana plant is dumped as waste, farmers often face the problem of disposal of Pseudo stems and these huge stocks are getting accumulated in banana growing areas.
The fruitful utilization of these stems is, therefore, an important issue related to Banana Cultivation.
