Main extruder (model no. S)e-1000) heating up machine (main extruder cylinder) within period time until reaching to proper temperature, putting plastic granule into hopper, and starting machine. The plastic granule will be melting down and coming out through cylinder regularly supporting by 055mm screw. Straw tube is forming through circular die and sizing die. This process is primary stage to produce all kind of straws. Only one solid base color is available by mixing plastic granule and selected coloring masterbatch.
