By mixing with a chaotropic solution and AllMagTM Superparamagnetic Silica Spheres, nucleic acid can be rapidly isolated. These products can be used for different kinds of nucleic acid purification, such as extraction of chromosome from blood, chromosome from bacteria, virus DNA/RNA, PCR fragments and plasmid DNA.
