Video effects mixer

Meicheng digital video processor (cmx-07) is a video mixer / editor. It allows you to create de-blue background effect with chromakey and 96 special digital effects, such as fade in / fade out, picture in picture, video and audio mixing, still, strobe, mosaic, paint, and negative.

You can do the de-blue background effect (chromakey) via cmx-07 if you have "blue cinema screen". This is like one forecaster stand before the blue screen in the studio then you use cmx-07 to de-blue background and add the weather pictures or video.
