YEMBROOS�® Peanut Hay Bales are produced by the Agro Division of Yembroos Animal Feeds India Private Limited under strictly controlled agricultural conditions in Gujarat, India. Cultivated and harvested under the direct supervision of qualified agronomists, the crop is grown without pesticides or artificial growth stimulants, yielding a natural product free from chemical residues and toxins. The harvested stems and leaves are processed into double-pressed, high-density square bales measuring $16 \\times 27 \\times 32\\text{ inches}$ with a net weight of $50\\text{ kg}$ per bale. The product is guaranteed free from mud, dust, mold, aflatoxins, heavy metals, and detectable pesticide traces. It provides a complete dry fodder solution suitable for all domestic farm animalsâ??including cattle, goats, sheep, camels, buffalo, horses, pigs, and donkeysâ??excluding poultry and avian species.


Technical Specifications & Nutritional Profile

Evaluated via IS:2052 proximate analysis on a dry matter basis, the peanut hay bales contain 7% to 13% crude protein, 0.5% to 1.5% crude fat, 26% to 36% crude fibre, and 2.5% to 5% ash, with a moisture content between 9% and 12% (maximum allowable moisture is 15%). The product is 100% vegetarian, supplied as loose/baled green Indian peanut hay stems and leaves, with a daily factory production capacity of $50\\text{ MT}$. On-site factory visits are not permissible. Standard fumigation protocols utilize Aluminum Phosphide or Methyl Bromide, or customized methods based on buyer requirements.


Commercial Terms for Domestic Buyers

For domestic distribution within India, the bales are packaged in milky white Polypropylene (PP) outer bags and priced on an Ex-Factory per-unit basis ($50\\text{ kg}$ packing). Payment terms require 100% advance via bank transfer, cash, cheque, RTGS, or NEFT. Transactions are processed at a NIL tax rate, provided a valid GST number is supplied for interstate sales. Minimum order quantities are determined based on buyer requirements and stock availability. Private buyer branding is available on bulk orders, provided the buyer supplies the custom packaging material.


Commercial Terms for Overseas Buyers

International shipments are packed in milky white Polypropylene (PP) outer bags, with 75-micron Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) inner bags available upon request. Pricing is offered on a CIF Destination Port basis or delivery to the nearest transit ports, which include Cochin Port, Tuticorin Port, and Mundra Port. Payment requires 100% wire transfer in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD); Letters of Credit (L/C) and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) are strictly not accepted. Cargo stuffing capacity is 250 bales ($12.5\\text{ MT}$) per 40â?? FCL, which also represents the minimum order quantity (1x40â?? FCL).
