CR -6062 Industrial grade fuel level transmitter (fuel level sensor) is a special instrument tailored for the accurate measurement of fuel level such as railway locomotive, automobile fuel tank, tank truck and fuel depot. The whole machine does not have any movable or elastic parts, and is resistant to impact, easy to install, high in reliability, high in precision, and good in performance and price. It can be installed in various occasions to accurately measure and control the fuel level of gasoline, diesel fuel and hydraulic fuel. It is also suitable for the measurement of various non-conductive liquids. Such products can also be used to measure conductive media in the case of particularly harsh on-site conditions, particularly severe electromagnetic interference, and particularly high agitation.
The CR-6062 industrial grade fuel level transmitter (fuel level sensor) core components are converted to standard electrical signals (typically 4-20 mA) using advanced RF capacitance sensing circuits through 16-bit microcontrollers with precise temperature compensation and linear correction. Optional HART, CANBUS, 485 communication protocol for system configuration. The full range of transmitters are self-calibrating, allowing users to automatically calibrate zero and range with two buttons or two leads to suit different requirements in complex locations.
The sensing part of the CR-6062 industrial grade fuel level transmitter (fuel level sensor) is a coaxial container that causes a change in the capacitance between the sensor housing and the sensing electrode when the fuel enters the container. This variation is passed through the circuit. The conversion is performed with precise linear and temperature compensation, and a 4-20 mA standard signal is output to the display meter.

Properties of urea
Urea, also known as carbamide, carbamide and urea. Pure urea is white, tasteless, odorless, needle shaped or prismatic crystal, with a melting point of 132.7 â?? under normal pressure. It is hygroscopic, deliquescent, hydrolyzable, and weakly alkaline. It is made into compound fertilizer with acid fertilizer. Urea is an organic compound composed of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen. It is a white crystal. Urea is one of the simplest organic compounds. The most important use of urea is as fertilizer. Its nitrogen content is more than 46%. After being converted into ammonium carbonate in soil, urea is hydrolyzed and absorbed by plants. It is the nitrogen fertilizer with the highest nitrogen content at present.
Molecular formula of urea: CO (NH2) 2, molecular weight 60.06, density 1.335g/cm �³ï¼? The melting point is 132.7 â??. Soluble in water and alcohol, insoluble in ether and chloroform. It is slightly alkaline. It can react with acid to form salt. It has hydrolysis. Condensation reaction can be carried out at high temperature to produce biuret, triuret and cyanuric acid. Heat to 160 â?? and decompose to generate ammonia gas and turn into cyanic acid at the same time. Urea can be hydrolyzed into ammonia and carbon dioxide under the action of acid, alkali and enzyme (acid and alkali need to be heated).
