A much finer surface than our Expanded Titanium Mesh, this product is recommended to be placed against the membrane when designing higher pressure electrolyzers ( 20 psi).

Why not use a Carbon based Gas Diffusion Layer in an Electrolyzer
Carbon based GDL materials will be consumed and converted into CO2 gas in the presence of the Oxygen ions and Voltage found on the Anode (Oxygen) side of the electrolyzer. This secondary reaction of oxidizing the Carbon in the GDL will give temporarily lower electrolysis voltage, but this is a short lived phenomenon. The carbon GDL is quickly consumed, resulting in poor compression in the stack, and thus high resistance and lower performance.
You can still used carbon cloth or carbon paper material on the Hydrogen side (cathode) since there is oxygen on that side that will oxidize the GDL material.

There is a layer of oxidized film on the surface of titanium plate GR7, which is equivalent to a good long-term wear-resistant hair separating agent. The use of titanium plate saves the separating agent, makes the plate peeling easily, and eliminates the pre-treatment process. The plate is half lighter than the copper board. Why it takes about 30-40 days to produce?
Firstly, we should check your drawings many times to ensure the accuracy.
Secondly, the critical step¡a¡a mould-making takes about two weeks to ensure it totaly match your drawings.
Thirdly, the wax pattern takes about one week to make sure it strictly conformance to the mould.
Forthly, the shell making and the after steps are takes about three weeks, in the shell making processing, we should cooling and roasting over and over again to ensure the high strength of it.
Finally, it takes several days to make the quality inspection and some final treatment.

1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.

Anodes in a water heater are divided into sacrificial anode rods and titanium anode rods. A sacrificial anode rod is an exposed metal rod that is inserted into the water heater.
