Product Description
Chest Flat Work Ironer is another newly developed chest ironer being added into our product line recently.
It has fixed roller and elevating chest. Rollers are fitted with imported spiral spring cushion support and felt padding is being
tightly wrapped round the entire roller surface.
The patented elevating mechanism of the chest unit allows even ironing pressure to be applied throughout the whole usable ironing surface and width of the chest, resulting in good flat ironing work.
Only imported high-quality VFD controller is being chosen and incorporated into the control system. It allows reliable continuous smooth ironing speed adjustment.
Utilises differential front and rear roller speed principle to give a "straightening pull effect" to the fabric during ironing so that
good flat work results can be obtained.
Well-polished chest surface finishing with large heating area to allow fast heat-up.

d) Product Passport (Q&Q report) of the product in Tanks at the

e) Buyer and Buyerâ??s Logistics sign the Commercial Invoice or Buyer extends Sellerâ??s tanks.
3. Upon receipt of the endorsed Commercial Invoice, Seller issues the below PPOP documents:
a) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (D.T.A);
b) Fresh SGS Report (Not older than 72 hours);
c) Loading Port Injection Report (P.I.R);
d) Certificate of Origin;
e) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR);
f) ATSC.
4. Upon successful verification of the Full POP documents, Buyer orders His/her SGS/Intertek or its equivalent team to conduct Dip Test on the product in Sellerâ??s tank at Buyerâ??s expense.
5. Following the completion of the Dip Test, Buyer provides His/her storage receipt (TSR) / (Q88 to Seller, injection commences into Buyerâ??s leased storage tanks or vessel and upon completion of
injection, issues to Buyer FULL Injection Report.
6. Seller issues and endorses NCNDA/IMFPA duly signed by all Parties and Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours upon confirmation of Buyer's payment.
7. Seller issues Draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to buyer to review for R&E monthly deliveries (Optional).
8. Buyer reviews and approves the SPA and issues SBLC/IRDLC irrevocable, non-transferable, auto revolving for 12 monthly shipment value documentary letter of credit for length of contract and for each lift per schedule. Buyer pays after dip test by MT103 Wire transfer on each monthly quantity.
9. The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Please note that no third party Tank Storage Accounts will be accepted the account must be in the name of the contractual party OR if the TSA/CPA is in a third party name we require the Joint Venture Agreement between the parties for acceptance. We need Approval from third-party Storage facilitator, whether it is a vessel (CPA) or a tank (TSA).

5. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above POP Documents, Buyer provides its testing officials (SGS or
INTERTEK) and the needed test are carried out on the product in seller's tanks;
6. Buyer upon successful Dip Test makes full payment by MT103 / TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays commission according to NCNDA/IMFPA to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of buyer's payment and injection commences immediately.
7. Seller issues a contract for buyer's desired duration upon successful completion of the trial order.

Storage facility where the product is stored for buyer to contact and extend the tank for at least a minimum of three (3) days.
4. Upon confirmation of Buyer's tank tension from seller's tank farm, Seller submits to by an
Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) along with the below full POP documents: -
SGS report,
Pre- Injection Report,
Commitment Letter to Supply
Authorization to sell & collect.
5. Buyer appoints their testing teams SGS or Equivalent to vessel. dip test in seller tank before injection to the buyer's vessel or conduct test upon injection completion into the buyer's vessel to ascertain the Quality and Quantity injected to the vessel.
6. Upon successful completion into buyers tanker, Seller issues payment invoice for Buyer to pay for the product value
7. Seller issues Tittle ownership documents to buyer upon confirmation of buyer payment. NCNDA/IMFPA sign and seal by all intermediaries connected in the transaction.
8. Seller within 24 hours upon receipt of the buyer's payment pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction.
