Copper slag is abrasive blasting grit made of granulated slag from metal smelting processes (also called iron silicate). Copper slag abrasive is suitable for blast cleaning of steel and stone/concrete surfaces, removal of mill scale, rust, old paint, dirt etc. Suitable for SA-3, SA-2 and SA-2. Copper slag blasting media/grit is manufactured of the granulated slag of copper refineries, and used for blast-cleaning of metal surface. In different industries it is called different names abrasive powder, grit, copper slag grit, mineral grit, grinding grains, etc.

Other Hazards:
It contains a small amount of Hydrogen Sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide is a fatal and highly flammable gas with a
rotten egg odor that quickly causes odor fatigue. Heating of this product and storage under elevated
temperatures or over long periods of time may release higher amounts of Hydrogen Sulfide. Hydrogen
Sulfide is also an asphyxiant. Exposure may aggravate preâ??existing eye, skin, or respiratory conditions.
Storage:
(1) Prevent from moisture absorption, keep away from heat, keep in air well â?? ventilated area.
(2) Do not contact with acids and alkaline substance, protect from dust.
(3) Ensure bags are kept in sealed and in good condition.

The Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS/GGBFS) is a type of eco-friendly green building material and high quality secondary cementitious material for concrete and cement. Fly ash is a by-product produced while burning finely ground coal in a boiler to produce electricity. It is removed from the plant exhaust gases primarily by electrostatic precipitators or baghouses and secondarily by scrubber systems. Physically, fly ash is a very fine, powdery material, composed mostly of silica. Nearly all particles are spherical in shape. Fly ash is a pozzolan, a siliceous material which in the presence of water will react with calcium hydroxide at ordinary temperatures to produce cementitious compounds. SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and occasionally CaO are the main chemical components present in fly ashes.
Fly ash significantly improves concrete performance in different ways and also provides many benefits in cement and non-cement applications. Fly Ash colour can vary from grey and dark grey, yellowish tan and light to brownish.

About THE Product :
Blast furnace slag is used in the production of cement (iron Portland and blast furnace cement).
Air-cooled blast furnace slag is formed by allowing the molten slag to cool relatively slowly under ambient conditions; final cooling can be accelerated with a water spray. The cooled material is hard and dense, although it can have a vesicular texture with closed pores. After crushing and screening, air-cooled slag can be used in several applications.
Granulated slag is formed by quenching molten slag in water to form sand-sized particles of glass. The disordered structure of this glass gives the material moderate hydraulic cementitious properties when very finely ground into granulated blast furnace slag, but if it can access free lime, the granulated blast furnace slag develops strong hydraulic cementitious properties.
Pelletized or expanded slag is cooled through a water jet, which leads to rapid steam generation and the development of innumerable vesicles within the slag. The vesicular texture reduces the overall density of the slag and allows for good mechanical binding with hydraulic cement paste.
Blast Furance Slag is a nonmetallic co-product which is produced in the process of iron manufacturing, Granulated Blast Furnace Slag is a glassy granular material formed when molten blast furnace slag is rapidly cooled by direct water.
Rapid cooling prohibits the formation of crystals and forms glassy, non-metallic, silicates and alumino silicates of calcium.

Ethanol alcohol distillation column
1. It is standard 95-96% alcohol equipment. Also it can distill pure water.
2.The distillation system has  three columns  and  continuous  distillation  process.The process is the  same as industrial(large scale) alcohol equipment.
 Mash distillation  column distills  fermented  mash or light alcohol  to 50% alcohol ethanol .
It has red copper bubble cap trays, standard design. It auto continuously feeds material liquid, auto continuously produces 50% alcohol ethanol and auto continuously discharges waste, Â ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements.
The first rectification distillation  column  increases  alcohol degree  to 70-75% ,  separates  fusel oil and high boiling point  Impurities.  It auto discharges waste water,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements.
The second rectification distillation  column  increases alcohol degree to 95%,  separates low boiling point  impurities  like acetaldehyde and methanol .
