The winding equipment is widely used in the winding of silicon steel core. This equipment is suitable for winding circular, square, C-shaped, rectangular and other silicon steel cores. The whole process of machine production is controlled by computer, and the whole process of feeding, bucking, topping, winding, cutting and welding is monitored in a closed-loop way, which is fast, efficient, stable and does not require special personnel to watch.

The machine is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, testing mechanism, sorting mechanism and electrical control mechanism.
First, the magnetic ring is manually poured into the hopper, and then the flow of the magnetic ring is controlled by the photoelectric control device,
The magnetic ring falls into the swash plate and is sent down through the operation of the swash plate device to fall into the test mechanism,
The magnetic ring is tested, the test results are input into PLC, and the sorting mechanism is driven after processing,
The magnetic ring is put into the warehouse by grades to realize automatic sorting.

This machine has strong versatility. By properly adjusting some parts, the magnetic rings of different specifications can be tested and sorted.
The key actions are coordinated and controlled by photoelectric signal through PLC, which is easy to operate, stable and reliable.

Sorting speed: silicon steel core can be adjusted in the range of 4-100 pieces / min, magnetic ring can be adjusted in the range of 100-150 pieces / min, and amorphous iron core can be adjusted at 50-70 pieces / min.
