Glycol ether DB is a colorless liquid solvent known for its water solubility and slow evaporation. Glycol ether DB has primary uses in cleaning products and coatings. Glycol Ether DB is an outstanding solvent and coupling agent that acts by itself or in combination with surfactants to lower the surface tension of cleaning solutions in household and industrial cleaners. It has an alcohol component to dissolve water-soluble soils and an ether part to dissolve oil-soluble soils. Calcined Kaolin is an anhydrous aluminium silicate produced by heating hydrous china clay after water washing to high temperatures in a rotary kiln. The clacination process gives an increase in the original hardness of kaolin and alters the morphology of the kaolin particles completely. When calcination process is done at around 700 deg C, the dehydrogenate of the kaolin is complete, forming a partially crystalline meta kaolin. Fully calcined kaolin products with an amorphous structure are formed around 1000 deg C.



Fully Calcined kaolins can be surface modified with functionalised coupling agent Silane to give a particle coating capable of chemically bonding with the polymer. After surface treatment the dispersion of filler is also improved. In view of the reduced surface activity, calcined kaolins give good reinforcement and permanent set properties, at the same time maintaining very good processing conditions.

Calcium Carbonate is composed of the crystalline mineral, calcite, which occurs naturally in the form of chalk, marble, dolomite or lime stone. Chalk is formed by shells of Nanofossils that is a fine micro crystalline material. Other forms of calcite are also of biogenic origin but more compacted than chalk. Marble deposits are limestone changed by crystallization under conditions of extreme heat and pressure. In some cases, is process yields pure marble of exceptional whiteness. Good quality marble and dolomite deposits are available in the state of Rajasthan (India).

High quality stones are manually selected at the mines and after its purity tests, these are sent to the processing centre. During the process the stones are washed to remove impurities. These stones are crushed and grinded as per the customers' requirement.

The powder is further processed to micronize varying micron size up to 5 microns top cut. After micronizing it is subject to a process of unique surface coating with fatty acids or suitable coupling agents. The coated products become hydrophobic which increase the compatibility with polymers and other organic based Additives.

DEHA is used in Water Treatment Chemical Formulations for controlling corrosion in boiler very effectively due to its property of oxygen scavenge scores over conventional hydrazine hydrate since it is far less toxic and meets the standard for disposal of blow offs without any difficulty giving good protection against corrosion at the same time.
Polymerization
DEHA's powerful free radical scavenging ability coupled with its moderate volatility and relatively low order of acute toxicity makes it an ideal "po Polymer "/ vapour phase inhibitor for olefins or styrene monomer storage & recovery system. Because of its capability of inhibiting polymerlzatlot the gas phase, DEHA is finding use as an in-process inhibitor for the production of styrene, divinylbenzene, butadiene, isoprene and other monorr containing a reactive double bond.

DEHA has reducing property, so it is used as an auxiliary chemical photographic developer for instant colour photos. Also, DEHA is effective in stabilization of image and in the prevention of discolouration.

Phenol and Phenolic antioxidants can be decolourised with DEHA.

DEHA also can be used as a colour stabiliser of monoalkyl phenol. Silicon Rubber

KH-792 silane coupling agent with a single, two-component silane-crosslinked of the sealant can improve muti-substrate adhesion, including glass, steel, aluminum and concrete. This silane can dramatically enhance the adhesion to a wide array of plastics when used in combination with SPURSM Technology for silylating urethane polymers.
Polysufide Sealants
When added to one- and two-part polysulfide sealants, silane KH-792 provides better adhesion to a variety of substrates, including glass, aluminum and steel. Silane Dosage of KH-792 is 0.5 to 1.0 percent of sealant in general. It disperses well and produces cohesive failure in the sealant rather than adhesive failure of the bond between the sealant and the substrate. Furthermore, the use of silane KH-792 can not use primers which enhance the adhesion strength between the coating.
Plastic sealant
Silane KH-792(0.5 to 1.5 weight percent) as a replacement for polyaminoamide adhesion promoters in plastic sealants can improve bonding to metal substrates.
In addition to increased strength, the silane-modified plastic sealant has better appearance than a system that uses polyaminoamide adhesion promoters. Silane KH-792-modified plastic systems have a very light color, and the cured compound is bubble-free.
Additive in Phenolic and Epoxy Molding Compounds
Silane KH-792, as an additive in phenolic and epoxy molding compounds, reduces the water absorption of molded composites. So leads to improved wet electrical properties, particularly at low frequencies. High-temperature strength properties are also improved.

SUMMARY
Bilirubin: This test is based on the coupling of bilirubin with a diazotized dichloroaniline in a strongly acid medium. The colors range from light tan to reddish-brown.
Ketone: This test is based on the reaction of acetoacetic acid with sodium nitroprusside in a strongly basic medium. The colors range from beige or buff-pink color for a Negative reading to pink and pink-purple for a Positive reading.
Specific Gravity: This test is based on the apparent pKa change of certain pretreated polyelectrolytes in relation to the ionic concentration. In the presence of an indicator, the colors range from dark blue or blue-green in urine of low ionic concentration to green and yellow-green in urine of higher ionic concentration.
Blood: This test is based on the pseudoperoxidase action of hemoglobin and erythrocytes which catalyzes the reaction of 3,3, 5, 5-tetramethyl-benzidine and buffered organic peroxide. The resulting colors range from orange to yellow-green and dark green. Very high blood concentration may cause the color development to continue to dark blue.
pH: This test is based on the well known double pH indicator method, where bromothymol blue and methyl red give distinguishable colors over the pH range of 5-9. The colors range from red-orange to yellow and yellow-green to blue-green.
Protein: This test is based on the protein error-of-indicator principle. At a constant pH, the development of any green color is due to the presence of protein. Colors range from yellow for a �??Negative�?? reaction to yellow-green and green to blue-green for a �??Positive�?? reaction.
Urobilinogen: This test is based on a modified Ehrlich reaction in which p-diethylaminobenzaldehyde reacts with urobilinogen in a strongly acid medium. Colors range from light pink to bright magenta.
Nitrite: This test depends on the conversion of nitrate to nitrite by the action of Gram-negative bacteria in the urine. The nitrite reacts with p-arsanilic acid to from a diazonium compound in an acid medium. The diazonium compound in turn couples with 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo(h) quinolin to produce a pink color.
Leukocytes: This test is based on the action of esterase present in leukocytes, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of an indoxyl ester derivative. The indoxyl ester liberated reacts with a diazonium salt to produce a beige-pink to purple color.
Ascorbic Acid: The composition comprises of a complex chelating agent with a polyvalent metal ion in its higher state and an indicator dye that can reacts with the metal ion in its lower state to produce a color change from blue-green to yellow.
