3. Seller acknowledges Buyer's ICPO and Issues Contract (SPA) to the Buyer open for amendment. Buyer Signs and returns the Contract to the seller in word format within Three (3) International working days. Seller counter signs the contract and send back to the Buyer. Then Buyer's Bank issues DLC Verbiage to the Seller's Bank for acceptance of Verbiage by the Seller's Bank.
4. Seller makes the final signature, convert to PDF and send to buyer as final approved copy along with the following documents:
Seller's Incorporation Certificate.
Refinery's License.
Certificate of Analysis
Copy of the Refinery's letter of commitment.

5. Buyer's Bank or Buyer's Investor/Financer Bank in accordance with seller's verbiage shall issue within Five (5) Working Days Banking Instrument of One
(1) Month Quantity Value DLC (Irrevocable, Divisible, Revolving) within Five (5) Working Days to the designated bank stated in the SPA failing which a 2% Penalty on the value of the DLC to be Paid to the Seller by the Buyer.
6. Upon RECEIPT of Buyer's LC, the Seller's Bank then Issues Two Percent (2%) Performance Bond (PB) in Favor of Buyer's Bank Account within Five (5) Working Days,
9. Product is discharged after successful inspection (SGS / QUALITY AND QUANTITY (Q&Q) VERIFICATION AND INSPECTION) into Buyer's Storage Facility once the Buyer's / Buyer's Financer's Bank Releases Payment for Total Value of the Product to Seller's Bank via MT103 BANK
