One side of the foil surface is coated with heat seal lacquer, and the other side is printed or unprinted according to the order by the customer.Â
Printing & Lacquer Coating: Printing will be done as per the text, layout and shade of hand proof as approved by the customer. For non-printed surfaces, a specified clear lacquer will be coated as a protective layer. Printing inks and lacquer coatings are capable of withstanding 160 C for 1 second dwell time. For printed foil shade, tolerance to heat will be based on a shade card (light to dark) only.
