They Want These Documents In Advance Because They Have Wasted A Lot Of Time Where Sellers Did Not Ship The Goods Although The DLC Was Opened In Their Favour, So They Want To Make Sure You Will Ship Goods.
Quantity: Trial Order Will Be 1000 MT Per Month And Then Later The Quantity Will Be Increased To 10,000 MT Monthly.
Payment: The Payment Must Be Non-Transferable DLC 100% Payable, After Inspection In The Discharge Port. This Payment Is Authorized By The Chinese Government To All Governmental Importers.
Price: Regarding The Price, CIF Price Should Be Of LME Less Discount CIF China, Including Commission Of All Intermediaries Or Commission Can Be Separated. No Fixed Price In U.S. Dollars.
