Commodity: Electrolytic Copper Cathodes Grade A (ASTM B115 / LME Registered Grade) — (High purity suitable for downstream Oxygen-Free Continuous Cast Rod production).
Target Baseline Volume: 45,000 Metric Tons / Month * 12 Months = 540,000 MT / Year.
Maximum Capacity Query: What is your maximum available monthly supplying quantity for long-term CIF China contracts?
Delivery Basis: CIF Ningbo Port, Zhejiang Province, China (Incoterms 2020).
Target Price Basis: LME Cash Settlement Price minus agreed discount per Metric Ton, fixed on the date of Bill of Lading (B/L) issuance. Anticipate your CIF China price to be very competitive.
Intermediary Protection: Confirmation of standard NCNDA / IMFPA protection for Mr. Ishag Ma [ALESAYIEXO TRADING CO., LTD]. Or another beneficiary will be provided in due course as the commercial brokerage entity.

Packaging: Steel or aluminum strapped export bundles (approx. 2.0 – 2.5 MT per bundle) suitable for bulk ocean transport.

Maximum Monthly Supply Capacity: Please specify your current maximum monthly allocation limit for annual CIF China shipments.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Confirmation of your company direct contract MOQ requirements.
Product Suitability: Confirmation of cathode purity profile suitable for oxygen-free / high-conductivity downstream wire and rod casting.

Upon receipt of your preliminary terms and capacity confirmation, we will proceed immediately with the issuance of a formal Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) accompanied by client banking soft probe authorization.
