2. COMMERCIAL TERMS
Applicable to all products above:
Delivery Basis: CIF India (Incoterms® 2020) — discharge port at Mundra, Paradeep, Kandla, or Haldia, as agreed per contract.
Quantity: 50,000 MT to 200,000 MT per product, depending on trial or long-term contract arrangement.
Payment Terms: 100% Irrevocable, Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) at sight, established through a first-class international bank, payable at the discharge port after completion of discharge-port inspection, in conformity with the Indian Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985.
Inspection: Independent third-party inspection (SGS / Intertek / equivalent) at load port and discharge port; results binding for quality/quantity confirmation.
Performance Bank Guarantee: 2% of contract value from the Seller, to be issued prior to the Letter of Credit becoming operative.
Origin: Any non-sanctioned country of origin, subject to buyer's approval.
Validity of Offer Sought: Suppliers are requested to confirm price validity and product availability for the relevant shipment month.

Full Corporate Offer (FCO) on company letterhead, signed and stamped by an Authorized Signatory.
Product Specification Sheet / Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
Company Registration / Trade Licence copy.
Bank Reference Letter or Proof of Financial Capability.
Confirmation of readiness to issue a 2% Performance Bank Guarantee upon LC issuance.
