The box should be a white rigid magnetic closure box with a continuous hinged lid, with custom printing on the outside and inside of the lid. Inside, we require a dark charcoal, premium fine-cell foam insert with custom cutouts for an A5 operator manual, a small metal accessory box and a thank-you card. We are looking for a very clean and high-quality foam finish rather than coarse protective packaging foam. Fine-cell XLPE/IXPE or high-quality EVA may be suitable, and we would be interested in seeing samples of the materials you recommend. The packaging also has a second compartment underneath the upper insert for A4 documentation. The upper foam layer should therefore be removable using a pull tab. Beneath it is a structural separator and a second foam layer containing the A4 document compartment. We also have proper CAD drawings with exact dimensions and cutout geometry, so the concept image should only be considered a visual reference for the design and overall appearance.
