Other ingredients required include:
- Sugar
- Lemon concentrate
- Apple juice concentrate
- Fruit pectin
The jam should not contain any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
The jam should be produced under good manufacturing practices (GMP) and in compliance with all relevant food safety regulations.
The jam should be produced on our private label. We will provide the label design.
The packaging should be glass jars with a capacity of 300ml.
