Quantity; 2,000~5,000MT monthly x 12 months.
Need to know the trial quantity which the seller can accept.
Price: CIF China main port LME-XX% less (Copper Cathode), fixed price (Millberry)
Payment: DLC by MT700 irrevocable & non-trasferable, 100% payable at destination after receipt of final inspection’s report by CIQ in the discharge port, with 2% PB.
The seller have to provide the official certificate of Analysis with the FCO.
The seller have to provide the past records with the SPA after signed the FCO and issued the LOI
or ICPO by the buyer.
Need to receive few photos of yard, manufacturing plant.
