5. Upon successful SGS Verification Confirming The Quality And Quantity (Q&Q) Of The Product, Buyer Remits 100% Payment By MT103.
6. Seller Transfers Title Of Ownership And Authorizes Buyer To Lift The Product Into The Buyer's Nominated Vessel Or Storage Tanks.
7. Seller Settles All Intermediary Commissions In Accordance With The Executed NCNDA/IMFPA.
