Production Propertiesï¼?
The product is white spherical particle, non-toxic and no side effect on humans. It is insoluble in most organic solvents at room temperature; Stable to acid, alkali and water medium. Soluble in hot chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. Wettability is available for water above 80º C.
Scopeï¼?
It is used in ABS, PS, AS, PVCï¼?PE, PP, PVAC, cellulose acetate, nylon, phenolic resin, amino plastics and other plastic lubricant.
Applicationsï¼?
1.plastic: Lubricants inside or outside many plastics such as ABS, PS, AS, PVC, PE, PP, PVAC, cellulose acetate, nylon, phenolic resin and amino plastics. It has a good surface quality and demoulding performance.
2. Rubber: Synthetic resin and rubber will have good anti-adhesive and anti-caking effect by adding EBS in their emulsion.It has a good effect to the increase surface gloss when added to rubber products.
3. chemical fiber: EBS can improve heat and weather resistance performance of polyester and polyamide fiber, and has some anti-static effect.
4. Pigment and filler: EBS can be used as pigment dispersant of plastic , fiber, such as ABS, PS, polypropylene fibre and PET fiber and other color masterbatch.
5. Coatings and printing ink: when manufacturing coating and painting, it can improve the effect of salt spray and moistureproof by adding EBS; ir can help to improve the paint stripper performance of paint when added, and to increase the leveling performance of baking enamel varnish.
6. Other useages:It can help to increase the melting point of petroleum products; lubricant and corrosive agent of metal wire drawing;it can help to increase the smoothness and fineness for insulator layer of electric power and cable; it can decrease the viscosity of asphalt and improve itâ??s softening point and weathering resistance when added to asphalt.
