Application:
The electro-mechanical cable, belonging to electric devices cable, is mainly used for bearing pulling strength, system power supply, signal transmission and depth control and all kinds of gas and oil well operations such as logging, perforation, coring, etc.
Performing Criterion:
We produce according to the company standard (above SY/T6600-2004 and JB/T3302 Standard) and we can also produce as customers requirements. At present, we can offer over 30 kinds of electro-mechanical cables with four temperature grades of 150°C, 180°C, 232°C and 260°C. The diameter ranges from 5.6mm to13.2mm with number of cores between one and seven.

Delivery Requirements:
The cable should be neatly wrapped around the cable reel, which the core diameter is not less than 50 times of the cable, should not be slack crossed, both ends should be encapsulated, the length of short head cable which protruding outside should not be less than 300mm.
Storage Instructions:
1. Cable should not be stored in the open air, cable reel does not be allowed keeping flat.
2. Cable reel souldnt be thrown down from high when transport, mechanical damage cables is forbidden.
3. Several reels lifting together is forbidden. Cable reels should be laid stably and fixed by right way in a vehicle, vessel and other transportation means, prevented from collisions or overturning.

The difference between ductile iron and gray iron
1. Different chemical composition
Nodular cast iron contains nodular graphite, which can improve its toughness and strength, while reducing brittleness. Gray cast iron contains a lot of carbon, so that its hardness and wear resistance is high, but the toughness is poor.
2. Different organizational structures
The structure of nodular cast iron contains nodular and ferrite, and the distribution of nodular is uniform. While the structure of gray cast iron is mainly ferrite and pearlite, and the distribution of pearlite is uneven.
3. Different performance
Ductile iron has high strength and toughness, and has good corrosion resistance. It is uitable for the manufacture of high load and high pressure parts. The hardness and wear resistance of gray cast iron are high. It is suitable for the manufacture of friction and wear parts.
Application field
Cast iron : because of its low strength and good vibration resistance. It is often used in the production of parts under compressive stress, such as box, base, etc.
Ductile iron : because of its high strength and good toughness. It is often used in the manufacture of parts requiring high strength and toughness, such as crankshaft, connecting rod and so on.
