Onion peeling process: the onion is manually fed into the hopper --- the conveyor belt automatically feeds the onion into the peeling box for peeling --- after peeling, the onion goes into the peeling roller. Tumblast type machines are basically designed for batch type operation. Tumblast Machine consists of Vertical door. For loading the components, door of the machine is opened manually & components to be blasted are loaded on to the endless rubber conveyor and the door of the machine is closed. After this Blast wheel unit, which is strategically placed at the top of the Blast cabinet, is started. Blast wheel will fire abrasive at high velocity on the tumbling components and blast cleans them thoroughly. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensures optimum blast cleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy.
Design Features:
Centrifugal, Monoblock (Pump & Motor have been combined to form a single unit) type pump fitted with single stage closed Impeller in Volute Casing having axial end suction and vertical centerline delivery. We provide airless shot blasting machine having special material handling system. Job Conveying system consists of Tyre type Skew Rollers, arranged at an angle to each other. So that pipe will move forward with rotational movement/mechanism. Machine is best suitable for the high production output and uniform finish.
The components placed on inlet side of the Skew conveyor travels forward along with rotational movement and enters into the inlet tunnel. After passing through the inlet tunnel components enters into the blast zone which consists of Blast Wheel. These Blast wheel units are strategically placed around the Blast cabinet.
