Rifeng pex pipe is produced with crosslinked polyethylene. Crosslinking is obtained through a chemical process that increases the bonds between macromolecules to form a more complex structure than the normal polyethylene.Rifeng 5-layer pex pipe is made up of five layers: crosslinked polyethylene, adhesive, oxygen barrier, adhesive, crosslinked polyethylene. The layers of adhesive bind the two layers of crosslinked polyethylene to the central barrier layer by a thermal reaction. The barrier layer is right in the center, this preventing the pipe from being damaged by scratch and from reducing its performance due to the moisture.
Non-barrier pex pipe is produced with crosslinked polyethylene. Crosslinking is obtained through a chemical process that increases the bonds between macromolecules to form a more complex stricture than the normal polyethylene. Due to the crosslinking, the polyethylene's performance is greatly enhanced still maintain the excellent properities of thermoplastics
Oxygen-barrier pex pipe with evoh is made up of 5 layers: pex, adhesive, evoh, adhesive, pex. PEX-AL-PEX pipe/ DXPAP2 Pipes :
Junxing PEX-AL-PEX pipe is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature.
Junxing PEX multilayer composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for Junxing PEX pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.
Overlapped welded PEX pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between inner layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic.
Butt welded PEX pipe is moulding with several steps that is argon-arc welding style.
