Coconut fiber is 100% natural. We carefully process it in different presentations so you can use it in multiple applications.
Our product consists of the husk of the green young coconut. Once the husk is removed from the seed (coconut), it can be ground, sifted, chipped, and dried into multiple presentations.
Coconut fiber is obtained from the fibrous husk (mesocarp) of the coconut (Cocos nucifera) from the coconut palm, which belongs to the palm family (Palmae).
Coconut fiber has a high lignin content and thus a low cellulose content, as a result of which it is resilient, strong and highly durable. The remarkable lightness of the fibers is due to the cavities arising from the dried out sieve cells.site
Coconut fiber is the only fruit fiber usable in the textile industry. Coir is obtained by retting for up to 10 months in water followed by sun-drying. Once dry, the fiber is graded into bristle fiber (combed, approx. 20- 40 cm long) and mattress fiber (random fibers, approx. 2 10 cm long).

Indonesia is the world's top producer of coconuts. In 2021, it was estimated that Indonesia produced around 2.77 million tons of coconut with it's derivative products such as Crude Coconut Oil (CNO), Cooking Oil (RBD CNO), Copra, Coconut Briquette Charcoal, Coconut Fiber, Coconut Peat (Cocopeat / Coco Peat), Desiccated Coconut, Virgin Coconut Oil, and Copra Meal.
Coconut Fiber (Coco Fibre) is a natural fibre extracted from the outer husk of coconut. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut and used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses. Coconut fiber has a high lignin content and thus a low cellulose content, as a result of which it is resilient, strong and highly durable.
The remarkable lightness of the fibers is due to the cavities arising from the dried out sieve cells. The best grade fibers are light in color, gold-yellow (fiber from unripe coconuts) or brown (fiber from ripe coconuts). Other uses of brown coir (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery padding, sacking and horticulture. White coir, harvested from unripe coconuts, is used for making finer brushes, string, rope and fishing nets.
Our Coir Fiber Product came from the best coconut husks material with strict quality control according to international client standard.
Coir is a fibrous material found between the hard inner and outer shells of coconuts.
Harvested from unripe coconuts, white coir is used to make finer tufts, ropes, twine, fishing nets, floor mats, rugs, brushes and mattresses.

COCO FIBER is a coarse fiber extracted from the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. The coir fiber is relatively water-proof and is one of few natural fibers resistant to damage by salt water. Coir fiber is used in floormats and doormats, automobile dashboard, brushes, sleeping mattresses, and for use in erosion control on river banks and hillsides as geotextile. Coir Fiber pads are sprayed with rubber latex which bonds the fibers together (rubberized coir) to be used as upholstery padding for the automobile industry in Europe. The material is also used for insulation and packaging. Specification : Moisture Content : <18%
