WORKING PRINCIPLE
Hay drying machine, wool drying equipment, starch dryer. The working fluid at low pressure is vaporized in the evaporator by heat drawn from the dryer exhaust air. The compressor raises the enthalpy of the working fluid of the heat pump and discharges it as superheated vapor at high-pressure. Heat is removed from the working fluid is then throttled to the low-process line and enters the evaporator to complete the cycle.

At the wheat starch production line, dough mixing, gluten separating and removing is the first important procedure, the double helix gluten machine made by henan doing machinery is based on various equipment at home and aboard, designed independently, and applied for a national patent. Double helix gluten machine working process:
(1) before start, add the water, then put the flour at one time.(the ratio of water to flour is two to one) water temperature about 20 degree.

1.It is a physical separation process which makes the starch separated from the cellulose, protein, inorganic
salt and other material in fresh cassava tubers.

2.After crushing fresh cassava into mash materials, we add water in the mash and use a filter to remove the residue, and then we get starch milk with protein, a little tiny cellulose, and other impurities in it.

3.Because of starch is not soluble in cold water and has different specific gravity with water, specially designed machinery equipments can be used for separating starch from starch milk, and finally achieving the purpose of collecting starch.
