Industrial Crane Konecranes CTX 10 t, Dual Bridge with 33.6 m span

The crane was manufactured by Konecranes Oyj in 2001 and the operation was stopped in year 2006. The equipment was regularly serviced by the manufacturer and is thus in excellent operating condition. The crane is still installed in its original place and can be tested on any time. The double bridge is welded housing construction equipped with one double speed wire hoists and a motorized rail equipment on both ends. The crane has both the local wire connected control unit as well as the wireless remote controller. On the bridge there is a service platform and the local LV û and control cabinet. All electric motors are dimensioned in accordance with Industrial Heavy Duty ED classification. The equipment includes the crane moving rail which will be sold separately.

GEA Varitherm VT-20 Plate Heat exchanger is made of several Varitherm-design stainless steel plates which are combined to form one effective heat transfer unit. Within each plate package the heat exchanger plates support each other at the metal-on-metal profile cross points, which ensure the stable behavior of the plate gap. The plate gasket has so called glue less sealing system. VT-20 is specially designed for cooling and heating of fluids with particle content up to a particle size of 2 mm as well as condensation of vapors, gas cooling and gas dehumidifying. The boiler is a three-pass, fire-tube steam boiler made by Finnish Ahlström Themoflow in year 1990. The boiler has max operating pressure16 bar with 205 C steam temperature and it is equipped with exhaust gas economizer for preheating incoming feed-water and modulating heavy fuel oil burner. It's has a large 15.2 m3 water volume which allows big momentary changes in load. Other benefits include simple structure, long operating life, reliability and ease of service and maintenance. The boiler is in good operational condition. Feed water pumps and feed water tank with aerator are available for separate request and price.

Compressors units (totally 4 pcs) are built by York Sabroe in 2002 and 2003 and they operate with R22 refrigerant. Two identical SAB 128 HF screw compressor units are built on a common base frame with an integrated horizontally mounted oil separators, oil circulation pumps and local operating panels. Common (for two compressors) plate type Freon / Glycol evaporator, internal glycol circulating pump and one large Freon buffer tank is also build on the same base frame. Delivery includes also evaporative condenser and LV / Control cabinet and external glycol circulating pump.

Above described 2 x SAB 128 HF packages we have two for sale, one made in year 2002 and the other year 2003. Both packages are still installed and can be tested in mutually agreed time. Units have been in operation approx 6 years and 5 years and they are in very good condition.
