Steady-State LED Solar Simulator for Perovskite Solar Modules
This steady-state LED solar simulator adopts LED array light source to supply continuous simulated sunlight complying with international standards. Specially developed for labs, it precisely tests power output, efficiency and I-V characteristics of perovskite solar modules.
Product Features
Superior Spectral Matching & Stability
The precision LED array matches AM1.5G spectrum per IEC 60904-9, with excellent performance on visible bands for perovskite materials. It realizes ultra-low light fluctuation during long-time testing and reaches AAA-class standard.
Flicker-Free Steady Illumination
Different from pulsed light sources, continuous light avoids transient phenomena including ion migration and capacitive charging inside perovskite panels. It obtains real I-V curves and MPP data under persistent sunlight.
High Uniformity & Tunable Irradiance
Optimized optical system achieves uniformity better than �±2% within effective test area to reduce measuring errors. Irradiance can be precisely adjusted from below 1 sun to multiple suns for various tests.
Energy-saving & Intelligent Control
LED brings low heat emission and long service life to cut operation costs. The built-in system supports real-time monitoring and auto calibration, and can link with IV testers. Temperature control platform is optional.

Perovskite R&D & Material Optimization
Evaluate photoelectric response of diverse materials, optimize device structure, interface design and encapsulation through I-V and EQE testing.
Stability & Accelerated Aging Test
Conduct long-term light soaking tests with temperature control to analyze degradation mechanisms. High irradiance supports accelerated aging for reliability verification.
Production Quality Control
Carry out steady-state IV inspection to ensure modules meet IEC 61215 standards. Detect defects on large-area panels from coating and laser scribing.
Certification & Third-Party Testing
Meet IEC 60904-9 AAA requirements for UL and TÃ??V certification. It offers unified testing benchmark and prevents efficiency overestimation from xenon or pulsed simulators.
Operation Tips
Calibrate spectrum and irradiance regularly in constant-temperature darkroom. Equip cooling platform to keep panel temperature near 25�°C.
Make sure modules fit within calibrated illumination zone. Use 4-wire Kelvin connection and shielding to guarantee measuring accuracy.
Avoid over 8-hour continuous full-load running and keep LED lenses clean. Wear blue-light blocking goggles during operation.
