POE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer in situ polymerization of ethylene and octene using metallocene catalyst. Its characteristics are as follows :
(1) the soft crimped chain structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain as physical cross-linking point, which makes it both excellent toughness and good processability.
(2) There is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastic, which has excellent aging resistance.
(3)POE plastic has narrow molecular weight distribution and good compatibility with polyolefin.
(4) Good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of filler, but also improve the strength of fusion mark products.

Expandable Polystyrene(EPS)
EPS(Expandable Polystyrene) is a lightweight, rigid, plastic foam insulation material produced from solid particles of
polystyrene. Expandsion is achieved by virtue of small amounts of pentane gas dissolved into the polystyrene base material during
production.The gas expands under the action of heat, applied as steam, to form perfectly clesed cells of EPS.

Application
Expanded polystyrene with relatively low density (1.05 g/cm3), low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, impact
resistance,heat insulation, sound insulation, moistureproof, vibration damping and excellent dielectric properties, widely used in mechanical equipment, instruments and meters, household electric, crafts and other valuable products easily damaged, shockproof packaging materials as well as the fast food packaging

Polyester chips usually refers to the polyester raw materials obtained from the polymerization production is generally processed into about 4 * 5 * 2 mm or so sheet particles.

Application
The belly type cable boxes are designed to branch off and connect small to large consumers. Using PVC or
VPE insulated cables and screw compact tap connectors.
Design
Divided, halogen free, hinged housing, especially designed to provide enough space for the tap connector. Parallel placed branch off cable, pre glued seals and pre cut gaskets which can be easily adjusted to cable size. Electrical and mechanical protection is achieved by RLSWtype cast resin ISO PUR K 2000 or fast curing ISOFILL A2.

Mounting
Branch off and main cable are connected with compact tap connectors or single connectors. The com
plete mounted cable box is sealed via the large opening at the top of the cable box and afterwards
closed with a sliding cap.
The cable ditch may be closed quickly since the sealing compounds are fast curing systems.
Delivery
Housing, gaskets, sliding cap, mounting kit, cast resin, mounting instruction.
The cast resin can be delivered in 2chamber bags or tins.
