Our products are produced in European norms and the production standards are fully tested and presented to our customers.
The product is made by non-woven fabric. The product composes of polypropylene and does not include latex. The product is breathable and has no special personal or environmental hazards. The product is made automatically in hygienic conditions.
The product is made of 3 layers:
1st layer: 30gsm non-woven Spunbond fabric.
2nd layer: 25gsm non-woven Meltblown fabric.
3rd layer: 25gsm non-woven Spunbond fabric.
Description: Breathable, antiallergic, latex and fiberglass Surgical Face Mask; produced from nonwoven Pp (polypropylene) fabric in a hygienic environment, with ultrasonic stitching with automatic machines. In addition to PP, a based nonwoven fabric, i.e. Polystyrene, Polyethylene, Polyester, are used in producing the surgical mask.
The outer and inner two layers are from nonwoven fabrics with weight range of 15 - 25 gr (Generally Spunbond fabrics are preferred). The middle layer is 25 - 35 gr weight range made of Meltblown.
Mask come with a flexible, elastic and adjustable nose clip, a durable cotton rubber to hang on the ears to avoid any allergy.
