Pellet press is a machine that mixes powdered raw materials or mixed products with steam, mechanically compresses them with a die and rollers, and turns them into pellets of various diameters (1,8- 16 mm Dia). This process makes the feed more dense and easy to transport, makes it easier for the animals to digest, and reduces the dust in the feed. It preserves nutrients, provides a homogeneous distribution, and reduces feed waste, thus providing a balanced nutritional source to animals. In pelleted feed, quality increases and harmful microorganisms are destroyed. Pellet coolers are used to reduce the hot pellets coming out of the pellet press to the ambient temperature. The waiting time of the pellet in the cooler is controlled by adjustable level sensors on the cooler. By the temperature sensors at the pellet cooler outlet, the pellet feed temperature is seen at the machine discharge. By the distributor system at the inlet of the pellet cooler, evenly cooling is captured at every point by ensuring a homogeneous distribution and product height within the cooler. The feed dust in the hot air going to the aspiration unit is sent back to the system by the aspiration cyclone. After cooling, the pellets hardens and dust formation is prevented during packaging.
The moisture is reduced to extend the shelf life of the pellets.

Millma Square Plansifter main body is made of steel construction. Oscillation is performed from center of gravity by weight assembly attached from top and bottom parts.
