High- Technology enables us to achieve the highest possible, photographic image quality and to produce any patterns or graphics and whole-surface prints.



UV curable glass print is characterized by a high, but not total resistance to mechanical damage. In order to ensure print durability, we offer laminated glass printed on the inside of the laminate; this technology enables us to print directly on glass and PVB. Glass prints produced and protected in this way are resistant to damage and atmospheric conditions, including UV radiation.

Applications

UV printed glass is increasingly popular in construction and interior architecture. At Boran Reklam, we have completed a lot of projects which used our UV printed glass in such structures as:

It is machine to adjust the mixing of pu, polysulphite and silicone type materials. This operating system is especially designed for the insulating glass production and improved.
This machine can also be used as filling the cartridges by only releasing the mixing system. The mixed material can also be taken out of the gun. System works hydraulically and b component may work pneumatically if required.

How to introduce the materials:

A and b components seperately handled by the hydraulic system pumps. When the material is reloaded, it is necessary to empty the air inside the machine. Besides, time heaters available on specific parts to avoid the improper working under cold weather conditions.

Mixing ratio:

A and b component can be controlled seperately by either hydraulic system or dosing pump. The adjustment can be made as desired by any ratio figures are between 1:6 and 1:16

Mixing system:

The mixers by the end of the extension output hoses mixes the materials homogenously and completely.

Cleaning:

It is necessary to clean and maintenance the machine after long periods of idle being of production. When the mixed material is forgotten inside the machine for a period of time, machine itself warns by the use of alert lamp. B component key is switched to the opposite direction allowing the by-pass system to fill the mixers with a component and so unwanted freeze can be avoided.
