Towers are designed for oil processing. Diameter of assembled vessels is

Lasermak is equipped with linear motors which is an optional specification in most cases for other brands. The axis, moving along with strong magnets mounted on the frame, provide high speed and maximum acceleration. (Y axis 3G). This high speed and acceleration enables your company to increase efficiency and productivity while also decreasing operational costs.

Frame and bridge are assembled by expert engineers and tested with latest high-tech measuring technology in every phase of manufacturing process. Fast, silent, precise, environmentally friendly and energy saving EVOLUTION series press brakes provides faultless bending of small parts even at different points by its high repetition and bending precision features.

Hydraulic pistons are being driven by AC servo motors without proportional direction valves on Evolution series hybrid press brakes. No need to positioning valves means more precision and less maintenance. And there is no pressure loss. While the pump is working contiuously all the day ordinary press brakes, there is onlny energy consumption when the operator pushes the foot pedal and moves the top beam for bending on Evolution series hybrid press brakes. As there is no pressure loss, energy i.e. bending power is at highest level. Oil level is also reduced 80%. there is no oil heat up and the oil has long life-time

ERMAK CNCHVR angle adjustable hydraulic guillotine shears are strong and easy to use machines which are able to cut any type of sheet with the best quality and speed.

Machines could be programmed easily with the use of dialog programs on CYBELEC control units. When the type, thickness and length of the sheet is entered to the controller, machine calculates and adjusts blade gap adjustment, backgauge distance, cutting length and cutting angle automatically. Cutting angle adjustment is done automatically according to sheet thickness, so during cutting thin sheets, the shortest stroke is used.
