GEA Varitherm VT-20 Plate Heat exchanger is made of several Varitherm-design stainless steel plates which are combined to form one effective heat transfer unit. Within each plate package the heat exchanger plates support each other at the metal-on-metal profile cross points, which ensure the stable behavior of the plate gap. The plate gasket has so called glue less sealing system. VT-20 is specially designed for cooling and heating of fluids with particle content up to a particle size of 2 mm as well as condensation of vapors, gas cooling and gas dehumidifying. Good condition filtration press made ny German MSE Filterpress GmbH in year 1997. The press has 33 plates of size 630 x 630 mm, cace thickness 25 mm. Includes own hydraulic system and control cabinet.

The equipment is manufactured by German MSE Filterpress GmbH, year 1997. Manufacturer’s type KFP 630-40-25K-MPN+DLMP. Structure is made on normal construction steel, plate size is 630 x 630 mm. The filter plates are pressed with single acting hydraulic cylinder with inbuilt hydraulic pump-motor. Product is fed in a central sludge feed inlet with flange connection and each pressing unit has its own outlet for the liquid filtrate which is them collected in one outlet channel. The cake will be disposed under the press. The unit has its own control panel attached to the equipment.

Compressors units (totally 4 pcs) are built by York Sabroe in 2002 and 2003 and they operate with R22 refrigerant. Two identical SAB 128 HF screw compressor units are built on a common base frame with an integrated horizontally mounted oil separators, oil circulation pumps and local operating panels. Common (for two compressors) plate type Freon / Glycol evaporator, internal glycol circulating pump and one large Freon buffer tank is also build on the same base frame. Delivery includes also evaporative condenser and LV / Control cabinet and external glycol circulating pump.

Above described 2 x SAB 128 HF packages we have two for sale, one made in year 2002 and the other year 2003. Both packages are still installed and can be tested in mutually agreed time. Units have been in operation approx 6 years and 5 years and they are in very good condition.
