â?¢ Zero Advance Cash Payments: No deposit or upfront funding is requested.
â?¢ Top-Tier Trade Finance: 100% secured via Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable DLC or SBLC (UCP 600 rules) issued or fully confirmed by a Top 50 International Bank, payable at sight at the loading port. Non-transferable also acceptable with additional standard premium costs.
â?¢ No Performance Bond (PB) will be issued for trial, first-time, or spot transactions.
â?¢ A 2% Performance Bond may be considered only for long-term annual contract
â?¢ Q&Q final at load port.
â?¢ Confidentiality : under existing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and international data protection requirements, identity of the refinery, manufacturer, the supply chain structure, previous transactions, SGS reports, and historical shipping documents are not disclosed under any circumstances.
â?¢ STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP)
1. Buyer submits LOI and CIS/KYC
2. Seller issues the SCO/FCO
3. Buyer signs and returns SCO/FCO together with an ICPO and a BCL or MT199 RWA.
4. Seller issues the Draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA).
5. Both parties signs and execute the SPA.
6. The Buyerâ??s Bank issues the operative MT700 DLC to the Seller's nominated bank within the agreed timeframe.
7. Upon confirmation and acceptance of the operative DLC cargo loading commences.
8. The Seller presents the complete set of original shipping documents through the banking channel and the payment is executed at sight.
1- LOI, CIS, required from buyers. Upon concluding due diligence SCO/FCO can be provided with procedures.
Mandate/Title holder CIS not provided. Connection through zoom/video call can be arranged for verification between seller and end-buyer.
2- Upon verification of CIS and POF through bank, fresh SGS can be provided directly.
