Product Introduction
EKC's current production model is the PCM550-E Electric Furnace Type - an environmentally friendly puffing machine with negligible heat radiation and roughly 50% lower energy consumption than the earlier gas-fired design. It processes corn, rice, wheat, and other cereals into puffed products, replacing labor-intensive manual operations with a single-operator automated process.
A Complete Line - Raw Grain to Packed Product
Unlike suppliers who offer only a standalone puffing unit, EKC designs, builds, and supplies the entire production line ¢?? every stage from raw grain intake to the final packed product. This means a single point of contact, matched equipment throughout, and one integrated PLC control philosophy across the whole line.

EKC's Position
- Same core puffing technology as Korea's other major domestic player, backed by CE certification and a growing export footprint.
- Unlike continuous-puffing and extrusion suppliers, EKC delivers whole-grain puffed products at a moderate investment level suited to small and mid-sized food processors.
- A full pre-engineered line - not just a standalone machine - reduces integration risk and vendor coordination for the buyer.
