Working Principle:

Angular stable fixation of fragments regardless of bone quality.
Minimised risk of primary and secondary loss of reduction, even under high dynamic loading.

Proximal Tibia Safety Lock Plate 3.5mm is used for Non-unions, Malunions, and fractures of Proximal Tibia, including Simple, Comminuted, Lateral wedge, Depression, Medial wedge, Bicondylar, Combination of Lateral wedge and depression and fractures associated with shaft.
These plates can be anatomically contoured to match Proximal Lateral Tibia.
These plates are designed for both right or left Tibia and are available in a variety of lengths.
The head and three Proximal holes allow only 3.5 mm Safety Lock screws, rest holes allow both 3.5 mm Safety Lock and Cortical screws.

Clavicle Hook Safety Lock Plate 3.5 is indicated for Extra-articular and Intra-articular fractures of Lateral Clavicle .
Anatomically precontoured: The plate facilitates optimal implant placement and surgery to provide an improved outcome.
Rounded shaft profile minimizes the risk of soft tissue irritation between the plate and surrounding soft tissue.
Undercuts in shaft reduce impairment of blood supply.
The plates are designed for both Right and Left Clavicle bones and are available in a varying lengths and Hook depths.
All holes of plate accept 3.5 mm cortex, 3.5mm safety lock and 4.0 mm cancellous screws.

As buttress for the femoral condyles with multiple fragment fractures.

Lag screws compress the fracture fragments together.

There are two screw types by which to achieve this.


In the Proximal Tibia most often cancellous bone screws are used due to the absence of real cortical bone.
