A. Certificate of Analysis (COA).
B. Commitment Letter to Supply.

D. Export License.

4). Within 5 - 7 Working Days on Receipt of the Above POP Documents. Buyer Bank Shall Issues Pre-Advice

Documentary Letter of Credit DLC MT700 in Standard Acceptable Verbiage to Seller Company for Monthly

Failure to Issue a Guarantee of Payment within the Stipulated Duration. Buyer Issues a Performance
Security Financial Deposit PSFD of 5% of Product Total Cost to Enable Seller Incur the Vessel Charter
Charges for Transportation of the Product to Buyerâ??s Destination Port. This Sum will be Deducted from the
Total Product Cost on Arrival of the Vessel at Discharge Port.
5). Release FULL POP DOCUMENTS Consisting of the Following Documents to the Buyer and Issues an

3. Packing List.
4. SGS/Equivalent Report.
5. Weight Certificate (List).

9. 110% Insurance.
10. Export Authorization Certificate & Other Transport Documents.
11. A Copy of Official Letter Issued by Applicant (Buyer) which Certifying & Approving that, goods arrived in
Good Conditions & As Per Agreed Specifications & which sent to Beneficiary via email is.
12. Taxes/Charges: Seller is Responsible for Taxes/Charges/Duties at Loading
(Export/Insurance/Transport). Buyer is Responsible for Taxes, Charges, Duties at Unloading Station
(Import/Clearance).
6). Sellerâ??s Shall Inform the Buyer Notices of Arrival NOA within the Limits Specified.
I. At least seventy-two (72) Hours before Arrival to Advise E.T.A
J. At least forty-eight (48) hours before arrival to advise E.T.A.
K. At least twenty-four (24) hours before arrival to confirm or Amend E.T.A.
