Measuring Plates (also called Inspection Plates) has a particularly high density and surface accuracy that canbe achieved by the use of a special alloy of cast iron. By the T-shaped reinforced ribbed pattern of the measuring plates, a very high stiffness is achieved;thereby bending and twisting can be limited to a minimum.

Inspection Plates isalso manufactured according to DIN 876.The design, dimensions, and T-slot canbe made on request.

The Cast IronGrinding Surface Plates is mainly used for manufacturing and repair themeasuring tools, grinding parts, production high precision machinery parts,processing the optical instruments.



Grinding Plates with a homogeneous, compact structure, has no defects such as air holes, sandholes and any others to effect the usage. It has the advantages of easy on thesand and the sanddistributed wealth, the performance is strong when sand embedded in a solidcutting. It is also smooth, shiny, sky blue in surface, with good wearresistance.



The raw material is the high-strength castiron GG20-GG30 (HT200-300). The size range is from 100mm*100mm to3000mm*8000mm. Larger one can be made according to thedrawing.

Titanium Grade 5 is the aerospace grade and is not cold formableï¼? so it is used more often when no forming is needed. Grade 5 alloy will have ultimate tensile strength at and above 895 Mpa.
