Polybutadiene rubber (BR, PBR) is one of the most frequently-used synthetic rubber in Rubber industries, which is sometimes used as a substitute for natural rubber (NR). It is produced either by anionic polymerization or by coordination polymerization of 1,3-butadiene typically in a non-polar solvent. Introduction:
1. JERINA YB-5 is a special material for radial tires, and a high-efficiency toughening modified agent that synthesized from various auxiliaries. It has plasticization, lubrication, cross-linking, coupling and other functions.
2. JERINA YB-5 also has high-activity inorganic filler as carrier, and the high-activity inorganic filler will dilute the toughening modified agent to form a thin layer of active material on the surface, which is more easily to crosslink with rubber, and significantly improve the reinforcing performance.
3. JERINA�® YB-5 mainly applicable to Tire, conveyer belt, rubber hose etc.

Application:
1. Add 3-8 phr JERINA YB-5 for tire production.
2. YB-5 can be added directly to your original formulation, or you also can make some small adjustment. Optimized vulcanization rate complies with test data and results.

RSS 1 : Grade 1 Ribbed Smoked Sheets RSS 1 refers to Ribbed Smoked Sheets, produced from natural rubber latex as ribbed sheets, by coagulation with acids and sheeting, properly air dried and smoked, and visually graded. Ribbed smoked sheets (RSS) are graded based on visual assessment of quality. The International Rubber Quality and PackingConference (IRQPC) have specified the grade descriptions, to establish acceptable grades for commercial usage.
The platinum cure silicone rubber can be applied to the mold making industries that used the fiberglass, gypsum, resin, candle, soap, etc. as raw material; or the food mold making industries, tire casting, rapid prototyping and artificial stone crafts. It gets the acknowledgment of the FDA, and its mixing ration is 10:1 or 1:1, which made the operation more easy. Besides that, it also has a lower shrinkage than the mould making silicone. If you have high requirements for shrinkage, then the platinum cure silicone rubber will be your best choice!
Operation method of the platinum cure silicone rubber:
1.Mix the platinum cure silicone rubber and the catalyst in a mixing ration of 1:1 and do the process of the vacumn pumping. (If there is no vacumn machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused.)
2.Put the product which is covered with a layer of release agent in the middle of a squre frame formed of 4 wooden or plastic plates.
3.Pour the mixture into the frame.
4.After 3 to 5 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original mold, then you get a finished platinum cured silicone mold.
