Highlight introduced the most advanced and automated production equipment for the manufacture of street and area lighting standard poles. With this unique equipment,we produce a tapered steel tube every 3 minutes averagely, using Automatically Sub-merged Arc Welding. Meanwhile, we achieve economies of speed while improving quality at the same time. All the small parts that go with the pole right along are shipped in their own separate bags for convenience. We can design and fabricate both conical round and polygonal lighting poles as per the required specification.

As this grid has a high endurance power, it also distributes load in an optimum way.

GSM towers are the ones that are 12-40 meter in height, convenient for antenna installation together with the ground flange for the anchor base installation in a single part structure formed intermeshing of polygonal modules. Optional protection or portable stairway platforms could be included. The height of those towers is in between 10 to 100 meters.

We are manufacturing the poles used in lighting main roads, streets, parks, gardens in compliance with TS 914-ISO 9002 standards. Lighting poles are coated by at least 70 -80 micron galvanic in the zinc bath by hot-dipping method. We are carrying out our manufacturing as a result of static calculations by taking the height of the lighting poles, cantilever lengths, basic anchoring and the armatures installed above them into account.
